REPAIRS WERE MADE FROM MARCH 9 THROUGH JULY 27, 2001.    SOME OF THE NONCOMPLIANT BUCKLES WERE MISLABELED AND REDISTRIBUTED TO ACURA DEALERS TO BE USED AS RECALL REPAIR PARTS.
