THE NUT COULD DISENGAGE FROM THE PUSHROD BOLT ALLOWING THE PUSHROD TO SEPARATE FROM THE PEDAL. THIS WOULD CAUSE THE HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM TO BECOME INOPERATIVE.</description>
